We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and satisfied. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the cable car and other attractions in the area. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which offered a range of amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a good selection of food, ensuring a great start to our day. the service, location, and facilities made our stay here truly enjoyable.
Although it was a fantastic experience, we did find it a bit challenging to communicate with the employees at the restaurant, as their English skills were limited. However, this did not hinder our overall experience at this hotel.

Spent my Easter break in this lovely hotel and I absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was superb; with a variety of fresh and healthy options that fuelled us for a day of adventure. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the cable car and amazing hiking trails. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a balcony that provided stunning views of the surrounding nature.
We did notice that the noise from the nearby road was quite noticeable even with the balcony door closed. This made it a bit challenging to sleep at times, especially as we visited during the Easter holidays and the area was quite busy.

Nestled in a beautiful natural setting, the hotel's location is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. the friendly staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast was top-notch. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, while the bathroom was squeaky clean and had all the necessary facilities. there were ample parking spaces and various facilities to ensure the comfort of guests.
Some guests complained about the set times for lunch and dinner, which may not be very convenient if you are in a rush or arrive when most other eateries are closed.

Friendly staff, beautiful building. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the breakfast was always delicious. the spa was also a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.
The rooms were a bit too warm for comfort, and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep. the pillows were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's rest.
